Last time I heard that, the smug jerk who said it was "laid off" herself after a 50% sweep was made of the commoners at the facility. It was truly a ha ha ha moment and happens quite often.
That’s funny you say that. I actually have heard that she’s getting demoted back down to my level as part of the changes.
Either way, I’m on week 4 of 6 and going cray cray waiting to find out0 -
When I over salt the cooking and now I can't eat it and there's no damn food left in the house to cook. And there's a damn blizzard going on outside with 80 mph winds and heavy snowfall so I can't even walk to the corner store for a TV dinner. And I haven't eaten anything yet today.
I think everyone has a "corner store" and I love that.0 -

I was up late at night doing our taxes and her phone buzzed. I checked it because I thought maybe it was a friend looking for a ride after drinking and saw it was a guy asking her if she wanted to meet up sometime.6

Apparently it was being used as a bad thing in other areas of the forums. That's confusing because the little emoji looked like he was laughing. To help with the confusion they made it an unhappy face. So basically we are all more confused than ever!
Well I'm glad I'm not the only one How could something so easy get so messed up ? Now see I just smiled there2 -

Welcome to MFP! The forums can be brutal. Chit chat is full of silliness and sarcasm, but if you post in debate threads or fitness/nutrition areas beware. If someone disagrees then they will certainly let you know and often not all too kindly.
In here people will tease you, but it doesn't get so cutthroat... usually.
Good luck to you!
Thank you. Great advice much appreciated. Lesson learnt too late and dolled short. ... but mow i know.1
