    These are some of my favorites for when the boredom 'hunger' strikes...

    *Edamame (in the shell) - low calories and takes forever to eat
    *Pomegranate (can take forever to eat)
    *Salad (with just pepper, garlic, vinegar) -almost no calories but lots of bulk
    * cucumber sliced with pepper and maybe balsamic vinegar
    * tomatoes (with pepper, salt, possibly balsamic glaze)
    * soup
    * lowfat cottage cheese (more calories than the above, but much of it is at least protein)

    I rarely buy pickles. ..I love them and eat so many when I do that the extra salt is a problem (I get extra dehydrated/thirsty, bloated). Otherwise it would be one of my goto's.

    Puffed wheat.

    I was going to say that! I just recently got into it and it's wild how few calories are in such a tasty snack!

    I LOVE Zucchini. Do you cook it in a low-cal way?

    Try Yves meatless crumbles, too. While it's a bit complicated for what most consider a snack, 1/3 cup of yves meat crumbles and a cup of chopped broccoli is 90 calories. You can season it various ways, or can add a low fat cheese slice for a 150 snack. The crumbles work great with most vegetables, really, just gotta take the crumbles, add 40 cals of veggies, steam in microwave, season, done.

    Air popped popcorn; sometimes will add garlic (in the tube) and mix with as popping; Greek yogurt (Dannon light &fit); celery & peanut butter; 12 almonds and an apple; just a few of my favorite things! I am on a budget, so I don't buy protein bars etc...love em though lol!

    One thing i forgot to add -- Laughing Cow light swiss cheese! As a cheese-lover I was so overjoyed when I found these for 35cal a slice. The slice isn't tiny either!
