i bought 2 cannoli from Whole Foods yesterday, because they looked so damn good.
Skipped dinner after that, still met my calories

Last weekend I went to a party at Shakey's, so knowing it would be somewhat challenging I logged 2 pieces of pizza ahead of time. Then after I got there my kids talked me into ordering a pitcher of beer, and not wanting it to go to waste I drank 3 glasses. Then the food showed up and there was so much more than pizza that I had to try the Mojo potatoes and the fried chicken, plus ended up with a third piece of pizza jumping into my mouth, and it was the high cal Chicken Alfredo one. After eating that much, I knew the day was blown so went ahead and had a piece of cake. I went over my measly 1200 calories allotment by over1500 calories. Maybe not healthy, but I made up for it the next day by eating only a few hundred calories all day long. It seems to have balanced out as I'm still on track with my 2 lbs off per week. Hopefully I learned my lesson though.0
