    Current weight - 203lbs

    Ultimate goal 112lbs

    October 6th - 203lbs
    October 13th - 200lbs
    October 20th - 200lbs - I had a feeling I'd gained actually, haven't been working it so much this week and I haven't been eating proper meals, I've been more snacking - and not on the healthiest of things lol … same as what I do every time I'm ill lol
    October 27th - 198lbs - HEEEELLLLLOOOOO ONDERLAND :D

    Total loss - 5lbs



    I’ll be setting up next months challenge over the weekend, I’ll post here once it’s up and running x

    Thanks - so glad I back to it - when I had an injury a few months ago it stopped me exercising and everything, and the weight just crept back on, so I’m losing what I’d already lost and hopefully this time I’ll keep it going without and injuries like that again lol x

    The 'old' me would have said - okay, I'm close enough to my goal, will change my goal weight. Not doing that - will keep on doing what I am doing and wait it out. I've hit stalls before since I started this in January.

    Although I haven't lost 5 lbs this month, I'm just happy that I haven't gained back the weight that I started with. It'll take a long while to lose a lot of weight, but I rather take my time to keep up instead of rushing like I used to be.
