October 20th - 200lbs - I had a feeling I'd gained actually, haven't been working it so much this week and I haven't been eating proper meals, I've been more snacking - and not on the healthiest of things lol … same as what I do every time I'm ill lol
October 27th - 198lbs - HEEEELLLLLOOOOO ONDERLAND
Total loss - 5lbs

Thanks - so glad I back to it - when I had an injury a few months ago it stopped me exercising and everything, and the weight just crept back on, so I’m losing what I’d already lost and hopefully this time I’ll keep it going without and injuries like that again lol x1 -
