I was right not to trust my weigh in last week. I've done well this week, but show a gain of 1.4 lbs this week. I'm on track to lose about 3 pounds this month. That isn't a lot but since the last few months have shown a gain each month, I'll take it Just as importantly, my habits have improved.1 -

Happy Sunday, everyone!
Cold and blustery here, but we still got some fishing in this morning.
I went backwards this week. After a low of 208 one week ago, I inexplicably jumped into 210 territory again. Then, after one year and 2 weeks since last TOM, my body gave me a surprise.
I thought I was finally in menopause after 13 years of perimenopause. Not quite, I guess.
At least it explains the gain, and I hope it is temporary. It kills my progress for the month...
Oh well that's life. There is always November!
Highest weight ever: 254 in October 1999.
Lowest since 1999: 195.
Original starting weight: 243 in 2015.
MFP Starting weight December 25th, 2016: 233
Goals: ONEderland before the end of 2017.
180 in however long it takes, and I'll evaluate at that time. Haven't been there since my early 20s.

Couldn’t decide whether to post this. My weight has shot up more than three pounds despite careful eating and logging. I know it’s all water from a nasty injury on Monday- my leg is still very swollen. Still very disheartening to see numbers going up. And I can’t workout now for a while!

Some of the swelling has gone. Had a bad week, still can’t work out.

Edited againnnn, don't mind me forgetting to add things for the past few weeks and then forgetting everything. I lost 3.5 total, which is pretty good considering I've had a rough couple of weeks in terms of my general mood and attitude. The beginning of not seeing the sun in the mornings is always a huge downer, so I'm gonna take this as a win.1 -
