Well my pistol squats really are: down then *kitten* to floor. Goal for the month: 1 single proper pistol squat. Not too much to ask is it?

Day 4- same as yesterday. Oops, didn't realize today was supposed to be rest day for balance so I will tomorrow.1

Day 5 is a rest day all-around. Mother Nature has a way of interrupting a good workout. Stretches may happen though. Everyday is the right day to stretch. I should get a patent on that phrase...1

Getting started late so have some catching up to do! Working on strength and balance. Just went to the farmers market and logged 3000 steps and 20 min of aerobic activity!1

Day 7 done. Is it me, or is that plank balance hold tough after 5 seconds? Always room to improve...1 -

Hope your foot's feeling better. I noticed my foot didn't like the side lunges, so they're out. You just have to do what you can. We're all superstars for challenging ourselves to move more! Day 9 done.Last week i hurt my foit so i was pretty much down i did do stretches.

Ive been doing stretches,squats,and walking. Today i did wall chairas well. This weekend im going on a ladies retreat so I'll be doing lots of walking.1

Hope I'm OK jumping into the party mid-way through.
I'm getting a knee op done next month so I'll skip the lunges. I'll try out all the rest and see what I can stick with!1 -

Miss Miami, nice quote about the process. I'm so results-driven, that I don't "enjoy" the process so much. I haven't lost any substantial weight for months, but I'd say I'm generally healthier than last year. I have a physical in 11 days, so we'll see where I stand with things. Days 13 and 14 done.1

So excited! This will be the first challenge I participate in since joining! I'm going to do the balance AND inner thigh. But also perform the anywhere and of course the stretches, as I really need to limber up! Thanks!1
