    I did alot of walking over the weekend on my retreat. Took a real nice hike with some of my friends that went with me on Saturday. Walked almosy 2 mi' s. But walked over 6 mi. That day.
    Yesterday i did stretches and walked with my dogs, so got in a good 30 min walk.
    Today the 17th im gonna do stretches, crunches and walking.
    O and i didnt gain any weight on my retreat,which was my goal. So i was happy about that. Have a great day.hugs

    There's a little over 10 weeks left in 2017. That's it, 10 weeks.

    Are you achieving your goals? It's never too late.

    10 WEEKS
    .5 pounds/wk = 5 pounds off
    1 pound/wk = 10 pounds down!
    1.5 lbs./wk = 15 lbs. never to be seen again!!
    2 lbs./wk = 20 lbs. lighter to start 2018 off right!!!

    I wish I could lose that fast, Miss Miami! I've only lost 10 all year, but that's still 2 bags of flour off my body. I'm glad I haven't carried them around. I'd love to see 5 more off in 10 weeks, but it sounds like a dream at my rate. Suppose I shouldn't have toured that chocolate factory today, then had cake. Hmm...

    I did some exercises but gave myself an extra rest day since I need to get back into the groove. Gonna work on it again next week! Burpees suck! Keep going y'all!

    I'm in the same boat. When I was heavier, the weight seemed to come off easier. Now I'm down one, up three; down .6, up three :D

    We'll get there!

    This was a crazy busy weekend. I cleaned house all day on friday and walked
    I got a walk in on Saturday
    Sunday i had a baby shower for my daughter,plus company for the weekend. Lots of busy work exersizing.

    Day 26 done. My doctor said I should be stretching/strengthening my hip more, and I said I've been doing those very things this month already. Yeah me! Now if I could just get my leg a centimeter longer....perhaps I would have better luck shortening the other leg!

    Did stretches and a good walk this morning. Gonna try to do squats and abs later.
    Thursday and friday i walked and stretched. Was busy.

    Jan.6 will be 1 yr. Try to loose weight. Im down 48 lbs. I would like to loose another 20+ by then. Gotta be good and exersize alot thru thanksgiving and christmas. Im hoping to get back to my aqua aerobics next month. Plus keep up walking as much as the weather allows.
