    I had oatmeal w/ apple slices, crumbled walnutes, maple syrup, and a dash of cinammon + berries + cup of green tea.

    Greek vanilla yogurt, dannon light and fit 80 calorie cup, No sugar added peaches 1/2 cup, 3/4 cup go lean vanilla graham cereal mixed together for a parfait. 2 cups of coffee with 2 tblsp each sugar free caramel creamer and stevia sweetener.

    My breakfast pales in comparison to some of you guys! I work early so I try and get in as much sleep as possible which for me means cold cereal... Post Great Grains Cinnamon Hazlenut with 1/2 cup of fat free milk. Equals out to about 280 calories.

    2 soft boiled eggs and coffee, with a little splash of cream and then followed by a big splash of cream. Trying to cut down on the cream part of the coffee. Sometimes I add a quarter banana, almond milk, a few berries and ice cubes for a smoothie if time allows to sip through the morning also. Love my breakfast, fav meal of the day.
