2 soft boiled eggs and coffee, with a little splash of cream and then followed by a big splash of cream. Trying to cut down on the cream part of the coffee. Sometimes I add a quarter banana, almond milk, a few berries and ice cubes for a smoothie if time allows to sip through the morning also. Love my breakfast, fav meal of the day.0

I breakfast sandwiches because they are a nice blend of protein, carbs and fat. They have egg, whole wheat bagel, low fat Swiss and salmon or turkey sausage.0
