    2 soft boiled eggs and coffee, with a little splash of cream and then followed by a big splash of cream. Trying to cut down on the cream part of the coffee. Sometimes I add a quarter banana, almond milk, a few berries and ice cubes for a smoothie if time allows to sip through the morning also. Love my breakfast, fav meal of the day.

    I breakfast sandwiches because they are a nice blend of protein, carbs and fat. They have egg, whole wheat bagel, low fat Swiss and salmon or turkey sausage.

    28 gm all bran buds
    90 gm frozen cherries
    .2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
    cafe americano (espresso and hot water)

    495 calories of yumminess! Keeps me going for hours!

    Also, 2 cups nonfat milk and about 6 glasses of water.
