I breakfast sandwiches because they are a nice blend of protein, carbs and fat. They have egg, whole wheat bagel, low fat Swiss and salmon or turkey sausage.0

I had 1 cup of Post Grape Nuts with a mini box of raisins & almond milk. Oh... and coffee with sugar-free creamer & Ideal sugar.0

A bowl of leftover minestrone soup from Olive Garden (360g, 360 calories), a bread stick (140 calories), and 2 ounces of deli turkey to make it respectable (50 calories). Total 550 calories, 32g protein, 91g carbs, 7g fat.
Pretty much shooting my wad on the carbs with this meal. Because, bread stick.0 -
I'm so boring! I make my own "instant oatmeal" for the week. In 5 ziplock bags I put a 1/2 cup quick oats, 1 tbsp raisins, 1 tsp brown sugar, and tons of cinnamon. Shake it up. Bring to work. Mix with boiling water and let it sit for a few. Eat. YUM. It's about 250 cals. I have a protein bar a couple of hours later.0

I make my own breakfast sandwich. One egg with pico de gallo mixed in and microwaved, on a whole wheat bun with a 1/4 avocado on it.0

1/2 cup of Coconut Chia Granola, 1/2 cup of almond milk, cherries, hard-boiled egg...it was delicious and 316 calories. :happy:0
