    A little late but I'm in for the 60 minutes. The Bowflex 3-minute set looks reasonable for me.

    Sure, I'm in for 60 minutes. A day late starting, but no worries.
    I've been doing a daily pushup and situp routine. May as well do planks, too.

    Oct 2: 5 x 30 sec = 2.5 mins
    Oct 3: 2 x 30 sec, 3 x 60 sec = 4 mins

    Tried some fancy variations today but still rehabbing a broken elbow so those turned out to be 'aspirational'! Off to the physio again...

    So, as predicted, a slow start, but I'm back home and rocking.

    1. & 2. Nothing
    3. 60 seconds forearm plank -> 1m
    4. 45 seconds forearm and 15 full -> 1m
    5. 90 seconds supermans, 60 seconds walking plank, 60 seconds side plank (30 each side), 60 seconds mountain climbers, 30 seconds full plank with rowing and leg raises (collected exercises from the last 5 days of 30 Days SHRED) ->5m

    7:00 done, 53:00 to go
