Squatober! October Squat Challenge

Hello all! Starting October first, we'll be doing a 31 day squat challenge. The goal is to add 50 squats to each workout that you do in the month of October, and you have to do a minimum of 4 workouts per week.
We can use this thread to keep everyone updated on our progress and to keep each other encouraged!

Late joiner but I’m in! Only missed Sunday as I actually usually do squats between patients at work on a Monday so easily did 50! Will continue from today after my run to add them!2

Getting ready for ski season!! This squat challenge is just what I need! Count me in!
Should I complete them before or after my run? I’m new at running, so doing intervals 0:45 run with 1:45 walk 10 times with a 5 minute warmup and cool down 4 times a week.

Today is a rest day for my legs, too! I'm already noticing a bit of a change in my thighs, though. I hope you guys are enjoying this challenge as much as I am!1
