    Today is a rest day for my legs, too! I'm already noticing a bit of a change in my thighs, though. I hope you guys are enjoying this challenge as much as I am!

    50+ squats 6 of the last 7 days. I'm doing these while brushing my teeth rather than connected to my workout. I am working out too though. Does that meet the challenge? Or am I cheating?

    @796fra: squats are squats...you're definitely not cheating!! I think it's awesome that you add squats to such a routine part of each day!

    You guys are all doing awesome! Is anyone struggling with it? Is anyone noticing any differences yet?

    I'm in. Started kettle bell goblet squats with a trainer. Doing progressively heavier kettle bells. 5 at each weight. Using 3 different kettle bells. So I'm doing 15 for now. Then I am doing 60 medium weight kettle bell swings in proper form. Tough stuff.
