12 week weight loss challenge starting October 1

Hello all -
Starting a 12-week weight loss challenge, beginning today (October 1). Anyone welcome!
I plan on weighing and checking in every Sunday, but you can choose the day that works best for you.

Here's my information to start:

Joined MFP on 5/7/17 with OSW: 178
Challenge SW: 10/1: 147.4 (goal to weight 140)

    I'll weigh in on Thursdays but for now...

    Started back up on MFP on 26/6
    OSW - 87.6kg
    Current weight 81.9kg
    #1 Goal weight- 77kg
    #2 Goal weight- 75kg
    #3 Goal weight- 70kg

    I lose weight slowly but If I can hit #1 before Christmas I'll be pretty thrilled.
    It's to difficult to translate all the kg to lb but just to speak the same language google tells me my original weight was 193lb and Goal one is 170lb.

    Hopefully a good challenge on here can keep me on track.

    Welcome aboard...I just got done participating in another 12 week challenge, and it was helpful to have the support of others on here. Sounds like you're doing great!

    Hi! Id like to join this is my first challenge. I started on MFP again Aug 12th weighing 205lb and have lost 10lb.
    Ill weigh in on Mondays.
    SW: 195lb
    GW: 180lb
    I also lose weight slow so I hope I get close to my goal weight, I'm excited to be in this challenge and to share with y'all thanks!

    Thank you @beckyr06 for starting this new challenge. The weekly encouragement sure made it easier to stay on track.
    I joined MFP around 6/10/17 and stàrted tracking on 6/19/17.

    I lost a bit of weight at the beginning of the year but put it back on when i started to fall back into bad habits.
    starting weight 105.6 kg
    goal weight for challenge 95 kg
    goal weight 70 kg

    Hi Karen! Don't beat yourself up too much about the road trip, we've got 12 weeks! Holidays can be tricky! Eat well, move when you can and get focused for week 2. You'll do great!! Have a good trip.

    I do have a tendency to give up easily, but I hope i will be able to endure. My wedding is on the 27th of December'2017 and I would love to achieve my Goal by that day.

    Luckily I just started back into this on the 1st, i gained back 10 pounds I lost over the summer and I felt better when i was 10 pounds lighter. I got all the resources I need, lets see what trouble I can make

    I like this! I would like to do it too! I've just weighed myself for the first time in ages and... it was a shock :o 14 stone 7.5lb or 203lb. I'm 5'5". My goal weight is 11 stone or 154lb.
    I would like to lose 1.5lb a week, so 18lb or 1st 4lb by Dec 24.

    October 1st 2017: 203lb.

    This is my first challenge. I started September 8. I’m using hypnosis to get me out of the way. I’m not using any diet just listening to my body telling me it is time to stop eating. I had foot surgery a couple weeks ago, so not much exercising for a few weeks.

    2lbs/wk and I signed up for a half marathon in Minnesota on 11/25 with my brother for extra motivation
