12 week weight loss challenge starting October 1

Hello all -
Starting a 12-week weight loss challenge, beginning today (October 1). Anyone welcome!
I plan on weighing and checking in every Sunday, but you can choose the day that works best for you.
Here's my information to start:
Joined MFP on 5/7/17 with OSW: 178
Challenge SW: 10/1: 147.4 (goal to weight 140)

I'll weigh in on Thursdays but for now...
Started back up on MFP on 26/6
OSW - 87.6kg
Current weight 81.9kg
#1 Goal weight- 77kg
#2 Goal weight- 75kg
#3 Goal weight- 70kg
I lose weight slowly but If I can hit #1 before Christmas I'll be pretty thrilled.
It's to difficult to translate all the kg to lb but just to speak the same language google tells me my original weight was 193lb and Goal one is 170lb.
Hopefully a good challenge on here can keep me on track.2 -

I'd like to join in also. This will be my first weight loss challenge on MFP. My bloods done three months ago showed pre-diabetic, high cholesterol, sluggish thyroid. I am not ready for medication for that yet, went on anti-depressants and that has lifted my mood a lot. Doctors feels I need to redo the blood tests after at least a 30 day diet and exercise change, so I will do that. I may even stretch it out to 12 weeks.
My plan is keto diet and I have been doing a version of that for the last few weeks and feel more energetic and no highs/lows, cravings during the day. I haven't been watching the calories though, so that will be a new challenge.
Starting weight 123kg
Goal weight 31/12 - 110kg.

I lost a bit of weight at the beginning of the year but put it back on when i started to fall back into bad habits.

Hi Karen! Don't beat yourself up too much about the road trip, we've got 12 weeks! Holidays can be tricky! Eat well, move when you can and get focused for week 2. You'll do great!! Have a good trip.

Luckily I just started back into this on the 1st, i gained back 10 pounds I lost over the summer and I felt better when i was 10 pounds lighter. I got all the resources I need, lets see what trouble I can make1 -
I like this! I would like to do it too! I've just weighed myself for the first time in ages and... it was a shock 14 stone 7.5lb or 203lb. I'm 5'5". My goal weight is 11 stone or 154lb.
I would like to lose 1.5lb a week, so 18lb or 1st 4lb by Dec 24.
October 1st 2017: 203lb.

This is my first challenge. I started September 8. I’m using hypnosis to get me out of the way. I’m not using any diet just listening to my body telling me it is time to stop eating. I had foot surgery a couple weeks ago, so not much exercising for a few weeks.
