Binge eater here for so very long. I keep on keeping on. I never feel guilty because I know it feels out of my control. Take it one meal at a time. Sometimes it helps for a bit if you write down your reasons for losing weight, kinda a good reminder not to pick up food that you know you shouldn't. It is a constant struggle. But then again when I am dieting and doing well, I say to myself - how come I am able not to binge now? What I really need to learn, and I am trying, is what got me off the diet and started binging again - maybe too many exceptions (too many carbs) or someone annoyed me. Hugs0
