It is just time. My goal is to log in daily and make this a priority. My walk starts at 830pm after kids leave for school. I have a super sedentary job but I work at home and control the food. I have no excuses. I have change my calorie intake however as 1200 is too low. 1450 is my real optimal count. Off to figure that out.

    Best of luck to you! You can do this! Just remember to be kind to yourself and start over on bad days, because you'll have them. I have a lot of them still, and I've been doing this for almost a year.
