    Trader Joe's makes a frozen mashed cauliflower that is so good. I eat t when my fam has mashed potatoes. Totally aware I can have potatoes and I do often. But I like 2 cups of cauliflower instead of a fourth a cup potato if I'm hungry. I love the rice in a Mexican bowl with chicken and veggies and lots of spice.
