    10/09 - 147.2 - coming in from round 18

    10/10 - 148.6 - weighed this morning but just getting online now to check in. Felt really puffy when I woke up...too much stuffing and turkey leftovers...and not enough water.
    10/11 - 147.6 - been tracking breakfast lunch and snacks to keep them in check and then eating a reasonable dinner, figure I'd try it for a bit to see if that's a good way for me to manage maintenance since I'm almost there.
    10/12 - 146.4 - YAY....long weekend bloat is gone! Could tell this was going to happen by the trips to the bathroom yesterday LOL....
    10/13 - 146.8 - Have a feeling I'm going to bounce around 146 a bit...trying to take these last couple of pounds slowly. I feel great today though!! Looking forward to a very busy weekend shuttling kids around to hockey and scouts events...need to make sure I put in some time with the kettlebells, it's been a while!!

    10/14 -145.6 - So much for yesterday's theory LOL....it was one of those days I forgot to eat... we had appointments at meal times etc so I under ate big time as I didn't prepare proper meals. Today we have hockey over lunch time so I might just indulge in some rink fries to make up for it :D

    For me, weekends are always the hardest. I eat less than I do during the week when I'm at work.

    10/10: 162.4 Frustrated that I am up. I was at my in laws all weekend. Mostly estimating calories although I think I did a good job and got a workout in. Also TOM started, hoping to see it move back down quickly. Will be doing w2d1 of c25k today.

    10/11: 161.0 Hoping this number sticks around!

    10/12: 159.0 Up at 3:30 AM with an upset stomach. Tired and likely dehydrated. Expecting it will be a bit before I see this number for real.

    10/13: 160.2 Liking this number. Yesterday's really doesn't count. Ate a little higher yesterday but was still within range given exercise calories.

    10/14: 160.8 Expected. Homemade pizza and a nice glass of wine last night. Still a downward trend!

    10/10 - 223.4 - moving in the right direction again. Hoping this continues. I think I have myself back on track again.
    10/11 - 222.0 - had a good workout last night. Did more jogging than I have in years (1/2 mile walk then 1/2 mile jog for two miles; third mile was 3/4 mile walk then 1/4 mile jog - I got tired); lowest number so far so hoping it sticks
    10/12 - 221.4 - I'm really happy to see the number continuing to go down. My daily tracking app isn't registering any loss yet, but if this keeps up I know it will. Nose to the grindstone. Another new low!
    10/13 - 220.6 - just keeps dropping!
    10/14 - 221.6 - I'm OK with this. I went over a by close to 700 calories yesterday and I didn't get to exercise, but calorie wise I think I'll still be under for the week. My morning average is finally moving down and showing a loss though, so I'm excited about that.

    10/11 161 Terrible day, yesterday.
    10/12 160.4 Stayed under in calories yesterday. Even tho I had a chocolate craving, I didn't have any! No binging!!!
    10/13 158.6 Stayed under in calories, yesterday. Yay!
    10/14 159.4 Aarrgghh! Blew it! Did the binging thang...
