Smirnoff Vodka lite -raspberry pomegranate sorbet is very tasty with diet sprite over ice1

Wine, the drier, the better6

I think it's called club soda7

It's usually not the booze, it's the cheeseburger at 3 am and not being able to work out the next day, or the next two days if you aren't in your twenties...10

I'm 38 and if you're unable to work out the next day or the next two days after drinking, I think we're talking about the *quantity* of alcohol one is drinking, not just alcohol itself.4 -
I seem to remember seeing something called Skinny Girls Vodka - was I dreaming that? I don't know the calories as I'm realllly trying to avoid the whole alcohol thing1

Vodka, soda, and an orange slice or dry red wine are the only things I drink since dieting

I drink mostly beer. If the restaurant has an IPA (preferably Lagunitas) I always choose that. If no IPA, then I go with Corona lite.
If I'm doing shots, I stick with vodka or tequila. You can pair with a zero calorie mixer if needed.
I agree that the alcohol usually isn't the main calorie bomb. The food that follows is where people get into trouble. When I'm going out, I'll eat small snack before, and use dinner calories on alcohol. If I happen to be hungry after, I choose 1 small thing to eat and run it off the next day.2 -
Michelob Ultra low sugar to. Crisp clean refreshn1

Any booze straight up or on the rocks or with a diet mixer.0

Vodka with water and slices of lemon is always my go-to! Also, cucumber vodka, water, and cucumber slices is awesome and refreshing.1

IIRC, light colored alcohol is lower in calories than dark.0

I was a beer drinker before I did a uhaul of my lifestyle habits... now I enjoy Smirnoff Spiked Seltzers at 90 calories or Tito's gluten free vodka mixed with tonic/seltzer and fresh squeezed lime.

Diet coke & rum is my go-to.1

Booze, soda water, lime. Vodka, gin, and rum are common choices, whiskey works too.0

Wine (some). The drier, the lower the calorie count (usually) as someone else already mentioned.
Favorite drink? A shot of rum and Diet Coke or a shot of Midori and Sprite Zero. Both are around 90 cal. I think that's as low as I've gotten. Honestly, if you're going for the fun-time tipsy feeling, 5oz of super dry wine will probably go further than the two drinks I mentioned that I mix for taste here at home. Most of the wines I enjoy (all dark reds) are around 100 - 130 cal. for 5oz.0 -
I hear you can vaporize alcohol - only way to get drunk without the calories. However, it is very dangerous because you can easily overdose.1

It’s not lower calorie, but I find a shot of dry sherry very satisfying, so it winds up being lower calorie. Same with scotch. Since I’m not drinking for nutrition, the satisfaction vs. calories is most important.
Other wise, Sauvignon blanc tends to be lower calorie and can have a higher alcohol content than some other wines. Plain vodka with a flavored soda water is also low calorie. I think 70 per shot usually.1 -
I found out (after the bottle was gone) that Skyy Vodka (750ml) has over 1700+ calories. That's crazy! If only we could learn to make it jelcaps, lol! So jk...or am I?1

Tequila with club soda and a lime2

Michelob Ultra for sure0

This is not true. Guiness has less calories than budweiser. Color means nothing.

Typically, it's the alcohol content that drives the calories. Guinness is on the lower end at 4.2, most (at least up here in Canada) are in the 5 range.
Sleemans has Clear 2.0 at 4%, 2g carbs and 83 calories. And it tastes way better than a Bud. I still prefer Guinness, but this is my new hot weather go to beer.1 -
Vodka & soda with lime.. and I find I feel less hungover the next day because I'm drinking a good amount of water with each drink. So it's a win win.0
