Divorce sucks, I've been there. (Still feels like I'm going through it 7 years later) I know it's hard to get under the barbell when you're down, some mornings... I sit in the car, sipping my coffee, talking myself into it. But you know it's the therapy you need and you'll feel better if you do it. There's something cathartic about physically exhausting yourself with strength training.1
