Im trying to bulk up how many calories should i be eating at the moment im eating about 1500 help

    Buy some protein powder, buy some olive oil, buy some 80/20 beef, buy some peanut butter, buy some oatmeal, buy some whole milk, and get to eating. Shakes are going to be your friend if you can't eat more than a bowl of oatmeal without wanting to puke.

    That sounds like a very dull way to get calories.

    OP - follow the mfp recommendations for a small surplus. A small surplus will help you limit fat gain as you bulk.

    Ye, it is. I'm assuming poptarts and marshmallows weren't doing their job, so something a little more dense is in order.
