Im trying to bulk up how many calories should i be eating at the moment im eating about 1500 help

That sounds like a very dull way to get calories.
OP - follow the mfp recommendations for a small surplus. A small surplus will help you limit fat gain as you bulk.2 -

Ye, it is. I'm assuming poptarts and marshmallows weren't doing their job, so something a little more dense is in order.1
