    Hi! Welcome to this crazy community!

    I suggest poking around in the Community section here- select Recent in the drop down boxes to see what is hot! Play some games, see who is new, and check out any topics being debated (ie, people tearing limb from torso over eating back exercise calories :/ ) Sometimes people get a bit touchy so learn not to take anything too personally!

    Good luck with your journey! Make it your own. My advice is to get digital scales and measure your servings- I have lost 5kgs and thank my scales! I dont log water- but make up your own schedule.
