Just finished a homemade pizza- chicken, bacon, mushroom, capsicum, red onion, roast pumpkin, low fat cheese and sugar free BBQ sauce. With a salad.... Yum!2

@jayemes it was good! I think the squash would work well. I was going to use acorn squash but I was at the store anyway, so I went ahead and got the sweet potatoes.1

Last night was crab cakes with red pepper sauce.

Brown rice, black beans, corn, red peppers, red onion, lettuce and teriyaki chicken with sour cream and a squeeze of lime.2 -
The last time I made quinoa and ground beef stuffed poblano peppers, I made a double batch of the filling and froze it, so I pulled that out to use tonight. I bake the stuffed peppers with a can of fire roasted tomatoes and top with shredded cheese.1

That ginger salmon looks delicious! I made a seafood and veggies in Sriracha and oyster sauce.
