Cal burned for 3-4 training sessions and possible loss?

Up until this point last week I've burned a total of 1,632 cal in 3 training sessions.
Does that cal expenditure mean I'll lose weight on the weigh in today?

Weight loss comes from eating less than you burn for the entire day/week, not just from exercise (especially as MFP is set up for you to eat at least some of those calories burned back). And you won't lose every week, so if you do see a gain don't let it get you down.

Also, you might be building muscle which would make is seem like you haven't lost weight. The scale isn't the only tool you should be using. Get a measuring tape and measure your body as well. If you're seeing inches come off but not seeing weight loss then you know your changing your body comp and what you see on the scale isn't reflecting your progress.

    Gain muscle in a week?

Ummm..... Over a certain amount of time I've noticed I've lost a total of 21 cm off abdomen, 10 cm off waist, 7 cm off bust and 7 cm off the arm. Not sure...

Where is the correct place to measure for certain parts of your body?
