    I find it easier to stay on my plan if I eat a Mediterranean style diet. It’s not a ‘diet’. It’s my new way of eating for life. I think I might be addicted to sugar and I don’t crave it if I don’t eat it. Logging before meals has also helped me stay on plan. You can do this.
