Hi again
So today my sister made a homemade pie and I literally ate about 300g as it was so good.( I know , I feel reaaly guilty haha )
Now , I know the exact measurements and ingredients of the pie but I did not weigh the whole pie after it was done.
How can I know how many calories I've ate ?

    Just choose an entry from the database that seems as close as possible to what you ate. It's not an exact science. And don't feel guilty about one piece of pie. What is life without pie?

    Just log something close and move on. If it was a fruit pie, log a fruit (apple/peach/strawberry whatever) pie.

    If it was a cream pie log a cream pie (banana/chocolate/coconut whatever) pie.

    Like N2E said, it's not an exact science.

    Rather than grams, just determine approximately what fraction you ate.. 1/4? 1/8? Put the ingredients in to the recipe builder for however many serves you ate 1 of...

    Hmm, well since you know the ingredients you could enter those in the recipe builder then estimate the portion you ate and log that.

    How many pieces was it cut into? 4,6? Just use that for the number of servings.

    Weighing the pie itself would be utterly useless anyway. You'd have to weigh each ingredient out and add it to the recipe builder.

    Just take your best guess...it's one piece of pie and hardly relevant to the bigger picture.

    I had 1 smalish piece of apple pie the other day and it was 250cal and exactly 100gr. Ricotta is higher in cals so it would have been 300 if it had ricotta.
    3x300=900cals.
