Eat what you like. If you struggle with volume, choose calorie dense foods0 -

That's what i do now....was just looking for new recipes basically lol0 -
Just look for any recipes. Ones with fattier cuts of meat or creamy are going to be more calorie dense because of the fat.
There are no "bulking" recipes. There's just eating things you like that help you meet your goals. So I might be able to fit in half a pizza because I'm losing, you could eat the entire thing plus a carton of ice cream because you're bulking. I would go for a moderate serving of pasta with a tomato based sauce, you would go for a large portion with a cream based sauce.
It's not complicated.1 -
What do you like to eat already? Once we know we can offer different ideas.0

Maybe i should have been a little more specific in my initial thread.....i dont need advice on what to eat maybe saying recipes was wrong...its a curiosity as to what other bulkers are eating...0

Your posts are contradictory. You asked for new recipes/meals, but you don't need advice?
Anyway, this morning I ate a hash made with ground turkey thighs, butternut squash, summer squash, and leafy greens. I added half an avocado and a tablespoon of evoo.
4 eggs scrambled with mayo and green olives. I used fat saved from previously cooked meat.

Not contradictory i dont need to be told what and how to eat i simply wanted new recipes to try lol....i acknowledged i may have used the wrong words and appreciate everyones input0

-Pasta dishes with oil, butter or cream sauces, lasagna (lots of cheese), add medium beef meatballs, sausage, chicken thighs, if you really want to add more cals and protein
-Cook rice in coconut milk
-Ribs
-Pizza
-Hamburgers (use higher fat meat and add cheese, mayo, bacon to really get the cal count up)
-Granola and milk/high fat yogurt
-Chicken Caesar salad (use full fat dressing, bacon, croutons.. it adds up)
Otherwise I just eat more portions of normal things... maybe add some extra olive oil, keep more skin on my chicken, add more dressing or cheese, eat more carbs, etc.0 -
