My starting/highest was 176.
My current is 153.
My goal is 140, maybe a bit less. That puts my BMI in a healthy range.

Goal: 150 (I think? 150 is the high end of 'normal' BMI for my height (5'5"). I haven't weighed that little since high school, so who knows what I'll look like. I'll reevaluate as I get closer to it and it depends on my doctor's recommendation.)

I don't know what my high was. It was somewhere above 300 lb and I think it was below 400 lb. My goal is kinda sorta 160 lb and today I'm at 171 lb. I'm not really trying to lose more weight, and I'm not really trying to maintain this weight and I'm not really trying to gain. I'm at a sort of ok place where I like the food I eat and I eat enough to be satisfied and sometimes I lose a little weight if I can string together a few weeks of staying within my calorie budget.8
