    High - 193lbs in 2011
    Current - 144lb
Goal - 150lbs, yeah blew past that, huh?

Since 2012 after reaching my goal (143), I've basically been between 165 & 145. I need to stop yo-yoing and maintain. I'm finding that hard...one day at a time!

That’s a bit below healthy BMI. My plan is to get there (ETA September 2019) and re-evaluate. I’ve got a long way to go, but I’m 37.7% there! :*

High: 175-ish (honestly not sure; I didn't start weighing myself until a couple weeks after I started exercising and eating better)
    Current: 131
    Goal: 120

I'm about 5'3 so I'm at a healthy weight now, but would love to shed those last 10 lbs. Since I hit the 140 mark a few months ago it's been realllly slow-going, mainly thanks to self-sabotage. Working on trying to stay motivated.

I have spent years going back and forth from 180 to 220. Life just heat getting the way. After a bad car wreck three years ago I am finally determined to get this down.

Started a desk job in 2011 and slowly put on weight. Luckily I have a supportive husband that told me in a nice and loving way that I was gaining weight because I didn't really notice it. I stepped on the scale and saw 138 and knew that I didn't want to let it get any higher. So I made changes in my life, joined MFP and lost the weight! I assumed I was done, so I stopped logging my calories. Well wouldn't you know it... it crept right back on, so now I'm here to lose the weight again and keep it off :)
