    April Fools is on a Sunday next year. I will be posting my weight on Saturdays. I'll start with this past Saturday and I aim to be in the mid 170's by April 1st!

    Oct. 28: 187.4
    Nov. 4: 187.6
    Nov. 11: 188.8 Wrong direction!!! But at least it's still in the 80's
    Nov. 18: 189.6 So I'm REALLY upset with myself. And I thought absout lying and saying that I couldn't weigh today. But weight loss is not linear and I know I'll look back on this eventually and be totally over it because I'll have lost weight. The scale flashed 190.2 before changing its mind and I was really upset. I need to SMARTEN UP. This time next week the number gonna be different. Promise.
    Nov. 25: 189.2 This past week I did better. I even saw 188.4 before yucky TOM hit and made me feel all bloated and nasty. At least this is still technically an improvement on last week. I'm feel more in control now which is good. The closer Christmas gets the more I realize that my mini goal of 184 is not realistic. So I've changed it to 187.0. Maybe I'll be able to see 186.0 by New Years Day?
    Dec. 2: 190.6 Family "Christmas Eve" and today will be "Christmas" so I know I'm not going to do well, but I'll be better next week. Keeping track st this time of year is really tough!!!

    Dec. 03: 160.0, bf 27% - 33% calculated
    Dec. 10: 161.5, bf 25% measured *

    Going the wrong way, this week has not been good.

    *I bought body fat calipers, and using 7-point measuring it says I AM at 25% body fat already. That doesn't ring true to me based on what my body composition looks like so it may be off (it's cheap) but using that as a starting point my new April 1 goal is 20% body fat by those calipers to look/be healthy.
