Starting weight: 201 (March 2017)
Weight on Halloween: 188.6
April Fools is on a Sunday next year. I will be posting my weight on Saturdays. I'll start with this past Saturday and I aim to be in the mid 170's by April 1st!
Oct. 28: 187.4
Nov. 4: 187.6
Nov. 11: 188.8 Wrong direction!!! But at least it's still in the 80's
Nov. 18: 189.6 So I'm REALLY upset with myself. And I thought absout lying and saying that I couldn't weigh today. But weight loss is not linear and I know I'll look back on this eventually and be totally over it because I'll have lost weight. The scale flashed 190.2 before changing its mind and I was really upset. I need to SMARTEN UP. This time next week the number gonna be different. Promise.
Nov. 25: 189.2 This past week is did better. I even saw 188.4 before yucky TOM hit and made me feel all bloated and nasty. At least this is still technically an improvement on last week. I'm feel more in control now which is good. The closer Christmas gets the more I realize that my mini goal of 184 is not realistic. So I've changed it to 187.0. Maybe I'll be able to see 186.0 by New Years Day?

Dec. 9: Sick with Flu. Didn't weigh.

Dec. 23: 193.0 It's been a bad month in terms of dieting. I'm sad because I thought I'd learned my lesson and would be stricter this month. Didn't happen. I've eaten whatever I wanted when I wanted, but I'm paying for it now. My body has had enough junk food and I feel yucky/sick most of the time. I've come to terms with the fact that I'm not going to make my Christmas goal, but It's time to get back on track before Jan 1!
Dec. 30: 196.8 I actually saw 197.0 yesterday. I thought all of these terrible numbers where behind me... but if you don’t pay attention the weight creeps back quicker that you think! To be fair... i broke a rib 2 weeks ago and haven't been able to work out at ALL AND I've got TOM visiting... so this weeks number might be slightly inflated. But the fact remains... I've gained back roughly 10lbs of weight I'd worked so hard to lose. I’m staying positive though and know I’ll lose it all again in the new year... I’m just disappointed that I fell into the Christmas trap AGAIN this year. I celebrated from November to now. It was ridiculous. Let’s hope that we see some positive changes before my next weigh in.
