So, what is the perfect diet? I can answer that question (mostly....sorta!).
Since adherence is the key, the 'perfect diet' for you is one that you can maintain. It is one that you actually enjoy - to use that word loosely - when you are in a caloric deficit. It is one that keeps you - as best as possible - satiated. It is one that has - maybe - a couple of refeeds included at the appropriate times so that....if that sort of thing works for you.....you can enjoy so reprieve and have a couple of days to mentally help you get through the rest of the week.
And, great job and maintaining.
Might I also suggest that you consider having a 'target range' instead of a fixed number? That works for some, but not for others. Just something to consider.
