    Don't start in a rush with the rest of the crowd, try to stay on the outside in the starting corral as everyone goes to the middle and pushes. All of those peeps that rush past you in the start, you will have the pleasure of passing later! Make sure you hydrate well the day before, don't wear anything new on race day, and have fun!! It is an awesome experience that will leave you wanting to sign up for more!

    Thank you :smile: I'm definitely getting more excited as the race draws closer. I'll make sure to remember your advice - especially about how/where to start. Knowing me, I'd wind up in the middle and then overexerting myself at the beginning, so I'll be extra careful to stay on the outside. Thanks again!
