You've done an awesome job! Don't worry about the weird bulge. I call those things fine tuning. Just keep going. You will start to see that disappear and think "well when did that happen."

its the exact opposit its growing because i walk 10-15 miles a day lifting literal tonnes xD Just keeps growing :( owell! thankyou :D

I have been pretty irate lately over my calves now being too big for all my jeans (oh ultramarathon running, whatchu doing to me?). A photo came up in my cloud from around my highest weight (250's) and after comparing I realized it could be worse than my legs betraying my awesome pink size 0's- I could still be fat :#

OK so was that "before" picture taken about 18 years ago and you were the baby? Seriously, you look like a completely different person than the woman holding the baby. Wow. Also, those calves are not too big...

Feb 16 and Today. Currently coasting along without much thought about my diet lol

What sort of gym/exercise routine do you do? This is quite an amazing result for that period of time. Keep up the good work

Its not rippling abs or head turning booty, but this week peaking has been great. Hit an all time squat of 445 lbs and deadlift of 545 lbs. I’ve battled through injury the last 23 months slowly building to this moment.

    545 lbs above

That is freaking amazing.. great job ..

Agree! There are SO MANY inspiring changes on this entire site, and this set of images is the quintessential success story and could be THE face of MFP. Not only for the sheer change in @Cerakoala's life, but it portrays the obvious hard work, dedication, and commitment to succeed that many of us aspire to have. So motivating, so inspiring. Congratulations, Cerakoala!

So many of you here have inspiring stories, I love to check in on this thread. Keep up the great work! No recent progress pics on my end, just maintaining and trying to get back some strength in the weight room that I lost last summer when I went on a hiatus from the gym. Getting there...
