Is 100g (uncooked) oatmeal too much in one sitting?

I weigh about 6 of the things I eat with any regularity and just to double check my eye. The only thing I’m way off on is pasta and meat and I always under estimate those so I weigh them so I get to eat more. Weigh everything is great if you are not losing or not gaining or whatever your goal may be. But if your weight is going along as it should be it isn’t an absolute. The OP wasn’t complaining about a “weight stall”.0

I like oatmeal too. I find oatmeal and potatoes to be the most satisfying things to eat. They stick with you for a long time. There is no reason you can't eat that much oatmeal at one sitting.0

I had 30g (uncooked) with a half cup unsweetend almond milk and 24 grams of my homemade blackberry jam mixed in this morning. . and coffee. . lots and lots of coffee...im still good 4 hours later. I'd imagine i wouldn't eat til mid afternoon or so if i had 100g. If it keeps you full and it fits in your day. . have at it.0
