I love this thread; so many great ideas! Here's yesterday's eats:

Bfast: 2 slices of sprouted 7 grain bread with 2 TB of Wowbutter. I don't have a peanut allergy or anything, but I love me some Wowbutter.
Snack: Special K strawberry pastry crisps and coffee
Lunch: Leftover chicken sausage pasta pesto thing. And an apple.
Dinner: Takeout! We got Chinese so I had some hot and sour soup and Kung Pao chicken. No rice.
    Snack 2: Tootsie Pop x2

    Breakfast: big mug of tea
    Lunch: split pea soup
Dinner: Making a pasta sauce with leftover roast chicken, collard and beet greens, and home-canned marinara serving it over Fiber Gourmet spaghetti.

Dinner sounds good. I like to add whatever greens I have to my pasta sauce. Would be good with roast chicken.

I admittedly have zero control when it comes to pizza. English muffin or naan/pita pizzas let me go a few weeks before I need to have the real thing. :)
And I can make dinner in about 10 minutes, which is pretty fantastic!
