Here are my favorites
Blue Peanut:
1 cup blueberries
2T PB2
1 Scoop vanilla whey
1 C almond milk
6 ice cubes
Snickerdoodle:
1 scoop vanilla whey
1 C almond milk
1/2 t cinnamon
1/2 t vanilla extract
4 or 5 ice cubes
Cherry Almond:
15 pitted sweet cherries
1 C almond milk
1 scoop vanilla whey (chocolate is awesome too)
4-6 ice cubes
Blueberry Spinach:
1 C blueberries (or strawberries)
1 scoop vanilla whey
1 C almond milk
2 handfuls of spinach
4-6 ice cubes
PB Banana:
1 scoop vanilla whey
1 c almond milk
1/2 banana
2 T PB2
4-6 ice cubes0
