This is not exactly a sauce...but it turns into a sauce as you cook the food...it's sooo good imo. Zero calories, as well.

So good on chicken tenderloins, pork chops, ribs, fish...grilled shrimp.

    Sold!

I had ham and pineapple pizza for dinner with sriracha. I have a cold, so I doubled down. I prefer a good sturdy horseradish to obliterate my mucus, but sriracha was all they had in the cafeteria. I also had minestrone soup. Dumped a f-ton of sriracha in there, too.

Salsa, even as salad dressing. Of course, MFP has to bust my chops about sodium. Like, it's lots of veggies, give me a break.

    Also, hot sauce.

Unless it’s ribs I usually prefer eating meat without sauce. I have always felt sauce was a way to mask flavour and/or moisten meat. So if it’s needed, it’s because it wasn’t good enough in the first place.

How do you feel about seasonings? I think a nice steak does well with salt and pepper (maybe garlic powder too).
