    I'm in again, I managed my 150 miles last month but we are cruising the Med for 12 days in August so my total will be down. I will revise my plan later.

    A little late but walking is my main form of exercise right now. I went this afternoon for an hour. I'm going to try to walk at least 30-90 mins each day depending on how much time I have.

    I don't know my total minutes. I did walk 6.8 miles today. That was around 120mins, minus time waiting to cross at intersections. That always screws up my time and average speed.


    My total so far this month is 42.9 miles, I walk every second day.

    Exercising last week was next to nothing, only keeping track of my steps, but I am back this week.
    Hope to see you all out there walking. I do ride my bike more
    in the summer than walk but I will try to keep up here.
    Between sailing, biking and strength training I do get some walking in. :drinker:

  • Hi there! I'm new to this and just came across this thread. I have started brisk walking as my only exercise (so far) and have been walking 8.6km (5.3miles) everyday! I started on Sunday, 18 Aug so it is still early days!

    So far this has been taking me 1hr 25min to do.

    I am really enjoying it and can't wait to start feeling fitter and looking healthier.

    Just discovered this thread...please count me in.

    I use runtastic to track my walks and I walk quite a bit throughout the day so its too much to list indivitually.

    Accumulative total so far 66.41 miles purley walking and 91.22 including the treadmill.
