  • I'M IN! A little late but I started walking on 08-18. I am a creature of habit so I walk the same route each day with my dog.. on 08-20 I decided I need to at least do a 5k everyday.

  • Well I have been walking for a week and so far lost 7pounds!

    Doing 8.4km everyday except for one rest day usually takes me 1hr25min.

    Today I will walk 9.4km and see how long that takes me!
