A little motivation goes a long way.
I concur, most (all?) of it comes from within. You've got this. He's got this, she's got this, we've ALL got this!

    Welcome.

I get motivation from lurking here on the boards especially the Successful Stories thread. I also get motivation from entering daily on mu food log, no matter how perfect or imperfect my eating was that day. This is my second time here and I'm determined to log in everyday. Even when the scale goes in the opposite direction of my intentions, logging helps me figure it out and get back on track. I have shed 45 lbs in the past with WW, then on first day of maintenance, ate some favorite foods I excluded from diet. I gained the 45 back. plus another 45 until I first started on MFP in 2015. Remember to include some of your favorite foods in you meal planning, just have to manage portion control and add exercise.

What I have learned here on MFP, is to never give up and when there are "not so good days" which for me lead to emotional eating and drinking.

At the end of the day tho
Know what you want and why you want it - that is more motivation than what anyone else can say here.
