    Hey! I am from Houston live in clear lake now. Are you an aggie too??
    Yep! Class of 2001 :)

    Hey, me too...I'm betting there are quite a few of us on here. Not originally from Texas but live in La Marque now (just up the road from Galveston). My major weakness is anything made of or containing chocolate, but since moving to Texas I've discovered Shiner beer, Whataburger, and real mexican food. Love it all!!!! Anyone near me feel free to add me, I'd love some local friends.
    We're taking over the world!

    Floresville, Tx...just South of San Antonio...and those deep dish Lil Ceasars commercials are killing me!!! I'm not at a place yet where I can feel good about a "cheat meal" so if you ever come to my house I'm apologizing right now for the drool marks on the TV. I would love to blame the dogs but my babies are 2 Dachshunds that do not drool nor can they reach the screen hanging on the wall.

    Checking in from Central Texs near the big town of Round Top (pop.94) just about dead center between Austin and Houston. Good food everwhere in this great state... Tex-Mex, Gulf seafood, Vietnamese, German, Czech, steak, etc and not to mention the absolute best barbecue on the entire planet. Oh and the nearest modest sized city around these parts is Brenham, home to Bluebell Ice Cream... 'nuff said.

    In the Indians' casinos, but whatever. I mistyped. The casinos aren't good in Oklahoma, but they are the best part of Oklahoma.

    Is there some kind of junk food militia force feeding you?

    Why would being from a certain state make you eat it? Healthy eating is just as easy.

    * self-righteous mode on*

    Apparently a man who has never been to the Texas State Fair! :bigsmile:
