This week went better than expected! Some of the 4lb was likely water weight, but hopefully I will stay at 150lb. Joining a gym last week was a game-changer! Eating at work has been interesting (Ironically, I'm a dietitian, but I work in an office full of snacks and junk foods), but I have done well so far.
I hope everyone had a great first week! Use the momentum of celebrating first successes to push further into the holiday season8 -
No digital scale here for fractions of a pound. While scale seems to indicate the lighter side of 119, I'm reporting in at the same 119 as last week. Have been exercising a minimum of 30 minutes daily and calories are at 1200 or just under 1200 per day. At my age with slower BMR, I need a greater calorie deficit to expect a weekly loss to reach goal this month.
