Hoping to see a pound(ish) gone per week, last month I was able to lose 6 in total, hoping 3 isn't too difficult with holiday activities!1 -

12/10: 144 YAY!
12/11: 144
12/11: 145 thinking that I gained muscle with all the weight lifting that I have been doing

There is a TON of sugar around at work and home - and sugar can be a big stumbling block for me - but so far I've been able to sample small bites of sweets without going overboard or slowing the weight loss.5 -

I get you! There is so much at the nursing stations at work right now that I am hiding out in the back room to do my work so my coworkers eat it all before I get to it. Avoidance is just another will power technique, right? .... right? I definitely am an abstainer, I can't do moderation at this point in my weight loss. You are a beast Great job on the weight loss this month, and rocking moderation!1 -

Sloooooowly inching back to the weight I was before Thanksgiving... It's been tough but I'm still in the game for reaching my goal(199--201)...
Before Thanksgiving: 204.2 lbs...gained about five to six pounds....Now, I'm 206.4lbs3 -
