    Feeling sore and likely retaining water from long run yesterday. Need to get back on track with logging and cut out the flour again (which is causing me intestinal distress I think!).

    SW 155.7 35.5% BF (July 19, 2017)
    GW 125-130, 21% BF

    Round 19 135.1 27.0% BF (but had a couple extra days in there)

    Goal this round: Maintain Since it is the holidays and I’ve been carbo-loading for my running, I think I am going to try to maintain this round.

    I'm ready to get started. Never done this challenge before. I will be consistent for the next 10 days with these six goals:

    Cardio/strength at least 30 mins 4 times
    Stretching/toning at least 30 mins 3 times
    No eating after 8pm
    Low carb net 20-40 a day
    4 bottles of water everyday
    Four classes at the gym (I'm paying, I need to go!)

    12/10 SW-279 (soooo hard to type that number) Cardio/strength at least 30 mins

    Round 25 Goal: Low 106s - Annual Goal is 105.

    12/10 106.7 Over my calorie goal but finally exercised. I do best NOT adding calories to intake when exercising.
    12/11 106.9 Made time for a little jump rope yesterday. Beautiful Weekend!

    Managing to stay under my calorie limit... one day at a time.

    12/09 - 152lb. Gained two lb since surgery day. Time to start fresh!
    12/10 - 150.6lb. Probably mostly water weight since I've been slacking there, but I stayed in calorie limit yesterday!
    12/11 - 151lb. Drank a lot of tea yesterday, and had a good bit of salt probably. Going out for a walk today.

    Start 10/18/2017 = 147.9 * Goal = 130.0 and 20 miles/week
    R22 * Start = 143.4 * Ave = 141.9 * Min = 140.2 * End = 141.2
    R23 * Start = 142.0 * Ave = 140.1 * Min = 139.4 * End = 139.6
    R24 * Start = 140.0 * Ave = 138.6 * Min = 137.0 * End = 137.0
    R25 * Start = 136.6 * GOAL: 135.0 by 12/25 - so for the end of this round, 136.0 as a high weight.

    12/9 - 136.6 - Yesterday well under calories, 29 minute run.

    12/10 - 136.2 - Yesterday under maintenance calories but not under daily goal, no workout, to bed at 7PM. Felt depleted and borderline sick. Drinking extra water today and feel much better, planning on a run.

    12/11 - 137.0 - expected this bounceback. Ran 5.5 miles yesterday, under calories for goal but ate well.

    Having this "135 by 12/25" goal led to me being too far under calories Thursday and Friday, and totally bonking out on Saturday. Counterproductive! I am all about the system, not the goal, and I have to return to that system and "let" the goal happen, instead of trying to "make" it happen.

    Hello. This will be my first round. Starting at 158. I'd be happy to just start the scale going back down. I think this will help to keep me more accountable.
    My short term goal is 145. Ultimate goal 130.

    12/09 / 158.4 / ok. I ate a little later last night than I normally would have. We had a Christmas party to go to. Today will be a lot of walking . I'm going out for dinner and am going to try to plan it out so I stay on track.

    12/11 / 158.3 / a little frustrated but it is what it is I guess. Just keep pushing through. I know I didn't eat enough protein yesterday which means I had too much sugar. :/
