    Starting Weight: current weight is 167 we will see what it is on the first of January! Hopefully it's less. I hope to blast these goals out of the water but these are are a reasonable start point.

    What are your splurges today, before the Challenge begins tomorrow?

    I think I'll be eating:
    - croissant breakfast sandwich (haven't had one in over 1 year)
    - unhealthy Chinese take-out (my home cooked Chinese food is really healthy)
    - potato chips
    - gooey caramel chocolate chip cookies

    Then I'll be ready to start the Challenge!
