I have been up and down between 138 and 141 for months, so this isn't a new low, but it is on the right track. If I can get back on track all January I think I can break through. I have really been working on logging again. I haven't worked out in a week since I got sick with bronchitis and strep throat, so logging has been important.5 -

From my bloated measurement of 1/1/18, I've lost 1.5" in my waist and 2.25" in my "pooch" (where my belly sticks out under my belly button).
