    I know we're tracking weight loss each week,
    but I'd like to remind everyone that inches matter also.

    From my bloated measurement of 1/1/18, I've lost 1.5" in my waist and 2.25" in my "pooch" (where my belly sticks out under my belly button).

    ==>>> So be sure to do measurements, because even if the scale is not moving, you're still making progress!!!
