    LOSS TO DATE IN CHALLENGE - 3.5lbs

    Quite ambitious but have daughters wedding in May and this is my target for the wedding - but you never know - aim high!!!

    Jan01- 145.90
    Jan08- 142.40 - so pleased 3.5lb off (albeit of Christmas bloat!) even after being away at the weekend!
    Jan15- 140.90 - a late weigh in this week but all in the right direction even after another weekend away!
    Jan22- 140.90 - another weekend away eating on the go - but not gone up! Still on target for mini goal...
    Jan29 - 139.10 - January target done with almost a pound spare extra.
    Goal: 6 lbs (140lbs)
    Total loss for Jan - 6.8lb!!!

    LOSS TO DATE IN CHALLENGE - 3.5lbs

    Quite ambitious but have daughters wedding in May and this is my target for the wedding - but you never know - aim high!!!

    Jan01- 145.90
    Jan08- 142.40 - so pleased 3.5lb off (albeit of Christmas bloat!) even after being away at the weekend!
    Jan15- 140.90 - a late weigh in this week but all in the right direction even after another weekend away!
    Jan22- 140.90 - another weekend away eating on the go - but not gone up! Still on target for mini goal...
