I make my own pizza. One day my daughter, who worked at an Arby's, brought home a discarded package of pork belly. The Arby's pork belly is so much more than bacon for flavor. I made a bunch of pizzas with 50 grams of that pork belly for my meat and it was most highly awesome.1

Wood fired. Thin Crust. Margherita with Pepperoni. Sausage and Mushrooms. Pretty much any topping combination is delicious, except egg. Eggs should NEVER be anywhere on a pizza, EVER.1
