So I just did W1D1. Not a huge accomplishment but a step in the right direction. How do I log it into MFP?
Do I just do 8 min jog at 5.3 pace and 20 min walking at 3.7 (3.5 as I can’t do 3.7)? Would be cool if you could sync it easier. Maybe there is a way?

Help....

Thanks

You can use the average pace for the total workout rather than splitting it into two.

I track mine with my garmin using "Run Mode" it generally gets close enough to the actual average pace when I've calculated it.

You seem to know what pace you did so are you wearing a watch that can sync with MFP? I just let my Fitbit log runs and walks which does well enough for me

If you're using Strava or MapMyRun to track your sessions, they tend to wildly overestimate.
