Hi peeps! I lost 100 lbs with the help of vsg in March 2015 and a consistent gym grind since Aug 2014 - I am “kickass_kata” for a reason. :) I’ve maintained the weight loss until about July of this year. I didn’t realize how much sugar and carbs crept back into my diet! I changed my exercise and cardio in Nov but didn’t get the results I wanted, hence, starting keto today to lean out more! I don’t know what the scale says so the weight is just an input. I want to shred, lean out, and build more muscle. I will know if it’s working by measurements and clothing.
